Why I didn't receive prizes?

1. Please check whether you have logged in through the same Mi Account (using which you have accumulated the Mi Coins) in mi.com
2. The prizes must get issued to your account within 10 mins. However, it may be delayed based on the situation of the local network 
3. If 'Submission Failed' message gets displaced, then please try again after sometime
